1: Any cheating or duping: first offence is the account is wiped, second offence is a 1 month ban, third offence perma ban. Exept in the case of councils: first offence is 3day ban + character wipe, second offence is a 1 month ban, third offence perma ban.
2: Impersonating a GM including using any of the GM nicknames as your char name or placing gm or adm in ur char name will result in a name change.
3: Jump siege will result in a J.O.P.
4: Terrain glitching will result in a 3 day ban.
5: No SPAMMING or FLOODING chat game will result in a 1 day ban.
6: Bugging towers or placing towers near portals or spawn location will result in a jade of punishment.
7: Safe Zone debuffing or Portal Camping will result in a jade of punishment.
8: No standing inside the chip at CW, first time is a warning, second time is a jade of punishment for 3 days and 3rd time is a week ban
9: Placing towers in the chip will result in a ban for the remainder of the CW.
10: Fraps is required when making a +7, You must show your task manager!
11: Racism This is a international server, we don't tolerate any type of race discrimination, ethnicity or religion, sexual orientation, politics or national origin. permanently banned.
12: Don't give your information to any one, other than GM/ADM with that, we're not responsible for item losses or any type or things involved with your account.
13: Promoting other servers you are not allowed to advertise other RF Private Server or any unrelated issue. Anyone caught with this will be ban for 3 days.
14: Multi-Account Voting each person is limited to 3 accounts per person for voting.
15: We are going to change the rules on the English in global chat to make this server more friendly to other counties. We would prefer English in global chats, all languages are allowed in all chats. Be respectful to other people.
16: Player Names Don't use special names, Russian keybord characters or any name mixing L,l,I,i, [ ] in case you do this, you will be renamed!
17: Archon/Council Don't abuse powers as a race leader, in case you do so, your account will be blocked for 3 days in the first occurrence, in the second one you will lost your archon or baned for 1 month.
18: Real money trading is not allowed! 1st offence is 3 day ban, 2nd is a perma ban
19: Safe zone attacking before the first flag in OC is a 1 day ban.
20: False reports making reports on players that are false is a 2 day ban on the reporter.
21: Council Spots: No running for Race Leader on 2 or more Races. Both characters will be deleted!
22: Towers placed in an area that makes them otherwise unattackable wil result in a 1 day ban for first offence , 3 day for Second, 1 month for third and char reset.
23: Dropping a nuke in the core is not bannable during a def of HSK. After HSK is safe dropping in a nuke will result in either result in a 12 hour ban or removal of all nukes from your race. GM determines which
24: Pilots: Any thing done on an account due to the pilot the owner will recieve the punishment and not the pilot.
You are resposible for your own account and if you let someone use it and they cheat you only suffer!
